Firm President Mark McCullers served as a panelist for an in-depth discussion of stadium-anchored mixed-use districts at the recent United Soccer League (USL) Expansion Summit in Spokane, Washington. The event brought together forward-thinking community and business leaders from markets across the country exploring professional soccer teams and facilities for their communities.

The panel, moderated by USL Director of Real Estate Project Management Karl Kirch, also included RCLCO Managing Director Erin Talkington and InProduction Business Development Manager Cameron Pulliam. The group discussed topics including project feasibility, site selection, financing, construction, and operations among other things. Attendees also had the opportunity to ask questions and have their specific challenges addressed by the panelists.
