Michael Ferraro has joined McCullers Group as a Commercial Development Financial Analyst.

In his role he will be responsible for underwriting, evaluating, structuring, and supporting the execution of commercial- and stadium-anchored mixed-use developments, working with capital providers, development stakeholders, and public agencies on deal structure and strategy.

Prior to joining McCullers, Ferraro served as an independent real estate financial analyst and appraiser. He previously worked as a Senior Property Agent for Norfolk Southern Railroad Company and as a Senior Real Estate Analyst for The Robert Weiler Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Franklin University.
