Ali Fawaz has joined sports and real estate firm McCullers Group as a Development Analyst.

In his role he will be responsible for underwriting, evaluating, structuring, and supporting the execution of commercial- and stadium-anchored mixed-use developments, including capital strategy, deal structuring, and investment analysis.

Fawaz also will develop and present investment materials to help clients gain a clear understanding of how their capital is allocated and how each investment opportunity aligns with their goals. In addition, he will assist the firm in identifying new opportunities by researching underserved markets across the sports and entertainment sectors.

Prior to joining McCullers Group, Fawaz served as a Site Selection and Development Analyst for Prime Development. He previously worked as an Assistant Real Estate Manager for CBRE and as an independent property redeveloper. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Michigan and a master’s in real estate development from Nova Southeastern University.
