Relocating PricewaterhouseCoopers from the Madison Office Building to three floors of Downtown Detroit’s Ally Building presented some unique challenges. Getting access for trades and making sure not to disturb adjacent occupants were two of the biggest. Members of the McCullers team did extensive planning to mitigate those delays and disruptions, ensuring precise schedule coordination between sub-contracting teams and scheduling any disruptive work outside regular office hours. It paid off. PwC incurred no additional overtime cost, no milestone deliverable delays, and was able to occupy their new space on time.
