A Planet Fitness franchisee wanted to expand quickly, responsibly, and in keeping with corporate design standards. Members of the McCullers team provided initial site selection, architectural design, and construction management for their nationwide portfolio of locations. That included securing local architects, engineers, general contractors, and FF&E. The team delivered, too, finding timely, cost-efficient solutions that allowed the client to typically open new locations within 22 weeks of receiving a building permit.
