PETCO engaged members of the McCullers Group to manage the full development process for their newest Kentucky store, located at an outparcel within the Buttermilk Towne Center shopping center in Crescent Springs. The project team managed site permitting, pad preparation, store design, construction and community engagement sessions, resulting in a seamless process between all parties. In addition, the team was able to successfully coordinate the design with PETCO corporate standards, ensuring signage and exterior facades blended with the overall shopping complex and met city code requirements without delay. The ground-up development was completed under the planned budget and within 16 months of initiation.
