When Google sought to renovate more than 45,000 SF of office space (call center) in Ann Arbor, MI, members of the McCullers Group were engaged to manage the design, construction and furniture procurement process in a phased delivery format. As the project manager, the team competitively bid design, general contractor and furniture teams, value engineering the entire process for more than 9.5% in total project savings. With a fast-tracked delivery schedule, the 3-story project was successfully completed in less than 20 weeks through a rigorous schedule analysis in collaboration with design and construction teams.
