With a portfolio of 19+ stores nationally, members of the McCullers Group were tasked with the design, construction and FF&E procurement for this luxury brand’s North American expansion. Working as head of store design and construction, the team sought to reduce overall portfolio construction costs, while still maintaining the brand standards expected of this uniquely Detroit retailer. Through a careful analysis of FF&E design for each store delivery, the team successfully delivered more than 4 locations per year, and reducing overall construction costs by more than 15% while maintaining a stringent delivery schedule set by the ownership group.
