When MedCerts sold its building in Livonia, Michigan during the Covid pandemic, it turned to members of the McCullers team for help to safely decommission and move its 100+ staff and offices. The decom and move needed to be expedited when the initial schedule was reduced from 16 weeks to 10. With a minimal decommissioning budget and pandemic precautions to mind, the team still delivered all contracted activities on time and on budget.
