In addition to being the largest GP Plus Health Care Centre in South Australia, this facility was also the state’s first community mental health center and part of a larger mixed-use development that integrates public transportation networks adjacent to the site. Members of the McCullers team were pivotal in procuring national and international products to support construction, managing more than 120+ trades throughout the delivery, and maintaining stringent safety programs that resulted in no significant safety incidents throughout the 22-month construction period.
