An article on mixed-use development feasibility by McCullers Group Director of Predevelopment Planning Cortland McCullers is featured in the latest issue of Development magazine.

The story, which appears in the spring edition of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s flagship quarterly, highlights the essential due diligence necessary to determine the feasibility of sports- and entertainment-anchored mixed-use districts.
