When Louisville City FC decided to expand its Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center, they called on McCullers Group to provide the analysis and planning needed to ensure the project’s success.
The plan included expanding the training complex’s existing field counts to enable the club and its academies to host more events and attract additional sports tourism. McCullers evaluated multiple sites, developed rough orders of magnitude for different project sizes and locations, met with local officials and potential facility programmers to determine demand and revenue potential, modeled operational costs, forecast sponsorship potential, and modeled local economic impact.
The club is currently using the market research, project budget, and operating pro forma models the firm created to solicit and justify state funding for the project.
