Relocating multiple City of Dearborn offices to the new Dearborn Administrative Center presented a number of challenges, the biggest of which was limiting disruption to critical public services during the transition. Members of the McCullers team worked creatively and cross-functionally with all stakeholders to thoughtfully phase the project and meet its compressed schedule and budget, reducing the A/E schedule by three weeks, finding more than $380,000 in FF&E savings, cutting design and construction costs by $27,000, and still handing the project off two weeks early.
