When Aveda selected a site for its new central Ohio institute, it knew it would require the rehabilitation of an existing urban space and allow for minimal new construction. With McCullers team member guidance, the project was managed with sensitivity and limited site disruption. The necessary additional elements, including training booths and administrative offices, were designed to align with Aveda’s retail store identity. To expedite the opening, local A/E and general contractors were procured simultaneously through a competitive bid process, ensuring both cost and schedule efficiencies.
