When Rockdale Youth Soccer Association wanted to renovate and expand its Conyers, Georgia, facility for athletes and community alike, they called on McCullers Group. The team is currently in the design phase for a 20,000-square-foot expansion of their existing clubhouse, a 2000+ seat USL grandstand, 200+-seat full-service restaurant, training room, gymnasium, administrative offices, and fully equipped sports performance center. The redevelopment, set to open in 2024, also will include repositioned and renovated soccer fields with two new FIFA-approved synthetic turf pitches and new lighting to maximize playability and training time for their junior and USL teams.
