When Rockdale Youth Soccer Association wanted to renovate and expand its Conyers, Georgia, facility for athletes and community alike, they called on McCullers Group. We assisted with the design for a 20,000-square-foot expansion of their existing clubhouse, a 2,000+ seat USL grandstand, 200+-seat full-service restaurant, training room, gymnasium, administrative offices, and fully equipped sports performance center. The redevelopment also was designed to include repositioned and renovated soccer fields with two new FIFA-approved synthetic turf pitches and new lighting to maximize playability and training time for the community’s youth and USL teams.
