Greenville Pro Soccer
USL League One’s Greenville Triumph and USL W League side Greenville Liberty have become an integral part of the community and the sporting culture in the growing Upstate of South Carolina. The club has called historic Stone Stadium on the campus of Furman University home for a number of years. But when the time came to create a permanent home to secure the Triumph and Liberty’s long-term future, they turned to McCullers Group.
From predevelopment planning and development agreement negotiations to project team and design oversight, project delivery, budget management, administration, and owner advocacy, McCullers has been a steadfast owner’s representative on the club’s new multi-use stadium project. We evaluated multiple sites, coordinated and negotiated with multiple developers and municipalities before the project landed at Bridgeway Station in the city of Mauldin. Negotiating a complex capital stack and public incentives, McCullers was instrumental in securing the final development deal and advancing the project to construction. Our team continues overseeing the project, which is expected to open in 2026, on Greenville Pro Soccer’s behalf.
