When fabled HBCU Florida A&M University was considering a new football stadium as part of a larger campus redevelopment project, it brought in McCullers Group to conduct a thorough feasibility analysis. The predevelopment process included reviewing project funding and financial operating input, consulting on the stadium program and design, and considering internal systems and operations. The team created financial operating pro formas, outlined the scope of team facilities, hospitality, media/broadcast, fan amenities, and multi-use functionality, estimated construction costs, and reviewed opportunities to optimize brand integration, operations, revenue optimization, and value engineering. The project is proceeding in phases, with the residential portion already realized.
