Rocketship DC Public Charter School is located at a unique site in a prominent residential community. The exterior facade and colors are reminiscent of the houses and residential spaces that surround it, creating a unique aesthetic tie. Members of the McCullers team managed site selection, architectural design and construction management services to bring the school’s third location to life. Designed to achieve LEED Platinum Certification, it includes 26 classrooms, three special education classrooms, two cafeterias, learning labs, a lobby, a nurse’s suite, administrative offices, and a gymnasium.
