Situated in more than 1,000 acres of Belizean forest, this master planned resort course offers a challenging 7,400+ yards championship golf course with seven teeing options to ensure a suitable challenge for players of all skill levels. Members of the McCullers team worked directly with the owner to identify consultant teams, conduct initial concept planning, and provide early-phase cost estimates on the planned construction and program. In coordination with the AOR, the golf course was carefully routed through a myriad of residential and commercial lots to ensure that every residence had golf or water views, maximizing investment value for the developer, and panoramic views for guests and residents alike.
