The owners of this spectacular international resort wanted to combine two existing golf courses into one championship-caliber, PGA-standard course that not only set a new standard for the region but also allowed for course-facing, single-family and villa-style residences. Members of the McCullers team oversaw the design and construction, including incorporating a series of lagoons to address the development’s stormwater needs and act as visual amenities and buffers for the course. The team’s contributions saved the development more than 30% on irrigation and drainage infrastructure and another 18% on long-term maintenance. The project also was completed four months ahead of schedule.
