With 280 acres at their disposal, the developers of Georgia’s Conyers Horse Park wanted a mixed-use development that was environmentally considerate for the unique conditions of their site, including water reuse, energy efficiencies and other sustainable solutions. They also wanted a new 8,500-seat stadium, more than 200,000 square feet of indoor sport and recreation facilities, space for multiple sports and recreation programs, two hotels, and an array of residential and commercial properties. They decided to back McCullers Group to bring their unique vision to life.
