Joe Muer Seafood
Joe Muer Seafood wanted the perfect setting for its upscale sustainable seafood eatery in Nashville. It chose the growing Capitol View district close to the Gulch, Germantown, and downtown and brought in members of McCullers Group to oversee the design, construction management, and FF&E procurement. Working collaboratively with local, regional, and national vendors to ensure cost efficiencies and strict adherence to a tight opening schedule, the team created a lush 12,000-square-foot interior that seats more than 200 guests in the main dining room, central bar, and private dining areas. The thoughtfully designed space features black and white flooring, plush velvet booths, bright red carpeting, and luxurious gold detailing. The theme even carries into the photo-worthy restrooms, which feature lobster-pattered wallpaper and gold faucets.
