Located in Motor City’s bustling Corktown neighborhood, Coyote’s new space is 58,000 square feet, which makes the company the largest tenant in the Assembly building. As an adaptive re-use project, members of the McCullers Group were involved in the initial landlord work requirements, including renovation of interior hardwood floors, façade improvements and overall building infrastructure to suit Coyote’s TI buildout. In addition, the team managed A/E and General Contractor procurement through a competitive bid structure, ensuring negotiated costs were in line with market conditions. The project was successfully completed under budget and within the required delivery schedule according to executed lease.
